Corporate Sales Terms and Conditions


§ 1 Prices
The prices on the Homepage are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), Euro (€) and US Dollar (US$) and are the actual valid prices. They include no delivery charge (see § 3). For deliveries abroad the prices don’t include neither VAT nor duty and other import charges imposed by the country of destination. Prices may change at any time. The prices valid at the time of ordering are considered as agreed on.
Private customers may shop in the currencies CHF,€ or US$. Please take into account that the flat rate for shipping is related to the currency you pay with (§ 3).
Retail customers being eligible for discount may only shop in the currency that is related to their residence ( Switzerland = CHF; Rest of Europe = €; Overseas = US$) as the discount will only be granted in relation to this currency.

§ 2 Order
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between the customer and Obrist Icon-cards will take place when your order is despatched. Obrist Icon-cards reserves the right to deny any order from a customer (e.g. due to the inability to obtain authorisation for payment, violation of § 1, section 3).

By placing an order the customer accepts the Corporate Sales Terms and Conditions entirely and unlimited.

§ 3 Delivery/Shipping
Orders paid in CHF and € - from private as well as from retail customers - are shipped as postal delivery by ECONOMY. Buyer who pay in US$ may choose between ECONOMY and PRIORITY delivery.

§ 4 Flat rate delivery charges
Orders in CHF   below an invoice total of CHF 100 will be charged with a flat rate for delivery of CHF 5.00. Orders above CHF 100 are without delivery charge.
Orders in €   are generally charged with a flat rate delivery charge of € 3.00.
Orders in US$
  are charged with a flat rate for delivery charge of US$ 10 for postal delivery by ECONOMY (delivery depending on the country within 2-3 weeks) and of US$ 15 for postal delivery by Priority (delivery within approx. 1 week).

§ 5 Liability
We wrap up the goods at the best of our knowledge. The goods are dispatched on the risk of the recipient.

§ 6 Payment
Switzerland:   New customers have the choice between payment by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) or cash before delivery.
Payment by cash before delivery: After we have got your order, we send you an invoice by e-mail. The order will be executed after we have obtained the payment.
Regular customers can choose between payment by credit card or delivery with an invoice. The payment has to be effected within 30 days without deductions. Regular customers have to identify by indicating the client code on the order form.
Foreign countries:
  Payment by credit card or cash before delivery.
If you pay by ‘cash before delivery’: After we have received your order, you will get an invoice by e-mail with the indication of the account, you have to transfer the money to. The bank transfer fees have to be covered by the customer. After having got the payment, the order will be executed.

§ 7 Returns policy
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with any purchase made with Obrist Icon-cards! Because of the administrative cost as well as because of the risk of damage on the return, we don’t accept returns of ordered goods.

§ 8 Ownership
The delivered goods remain in the ownership of Obrist Icon-cards until full payment.

§ 9 Liability for damages

Obrist Icon-cards declines any liability for damage due to mistakes in illustration, prices and texts in its publications. The same applies to late deliveries.

§ 10 Copyright

The icon-cards and -pictures issued by Obrist Icon-cards are protected by the copyright. Violation of the copyright (e.g. by reproduction of icon pictures for commercial use) can be sued for by Obrist Icon-cards.

§ 11 Data protection

The customer accepts the collection, storage and processing of his person related datas, which are necessary within the scope of business connection. Obrist Icon-cards doesn’t pass on customer datas to third parties.

§ 12 Jurisdiction
In case of dispute Swiss law is applicable and the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of court of Liestal/BL
